Do I need to pay any fees upfront? |
The only fee you need to pay is £10 which should be made payable to your bank.
This should be returned to Cobley Johnson Partners with your letter of engagement and letter of authority.
Cobley Johnson Partners will then forward your £10 cheque to your bank when requesting your bank statements.
You do not pay anything to Cobley Johnson Partners until we have reached a settlement with your bank. |

How long is the process likely to take? |
