Yes, you can.

Do I need to pay any fees upfront?
The only fee you need to pay is £10 which should be made payable to your bank.
 
This should be returned to Cobley Johnson Partners with your letter of engagement and letter of authority.
 
Cobley Johnson Partners will then forward your £10 cheque to your bank when requesting your bank statements.
 
You do not pay anything to Cobley Johnson Partners until we have reached a settlement with your bank.
 
How do I know my information is safe with Cobley Johnson Partners?

As a registered member of the Information Commissioner's Office (I.C.O), we are required by law to keep your details private.

We take our obligations to you very seriously, and ensure that your information is secure at all times.

How long is the process likely to take?

At the earliest, you can have your charges refunded in approximately 3 months, however, it can take longer depending on the individual policies of the bank.

We will of course keep you updated with the progress of your claim throughout.
